NOTICE OF OF POTENTIAL QUORUM

West Benton Regional Fire Authority Secretary to the Board of Fire Commissioners Gayle R. Carrasco has issued public notice that a potential quorum of the West Benton Regional Fire Authority Board of Fire Commissioners may be present Tuesday, August 4th, to support community outreach and to interact with the residents at The Annual National Night Out at 5:00 p.m. – 6:30 p.m.

Several Board members are expected to attend. Three out of five Board members would constitute a quorum. However, any Board members present will not deliberate on Board matters or take any formal action.

This notice is posted proactively to comply with the transparency spirit of the Washington State Open Public Meetings Act (Chapter 42.30 RCW).
